How long does it take to get up and running?
Most clients are live on a connected, automated platform within around four weeks. The timeline depends on the number of systems being connected and the complexity of your KPI framework. We'll confirm a specific estimate after an initial conversation.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
No. We connect to the systems you already use and pull everything into one trusted view. We work with what you have, not against it.
Will this need a lot of resource from our team?
Your main commitment is in the first four weeks, supporting API connections to your existing systems, time to agree your KPIs, and availability to answer questions from our team as we build. Once live, IllumiFi manages the platform as an ongoing service. Your team's job is to use the insight, not maintain the infrastructure.
What does pricing look like?

What if our business changes, new systems, new KPIs?
That's exactly what the ongoing managed service covers. As your business evolves, we update the platform with you, adding data sources, refining KPIs, and building new reporting as you need it. You're not locked into a static build.
How is this different from buying a BI tool ourselves?
A BI tool gives you the capability. IllumiFi gives you the outcome. We handle the connections, the definitions, the build, and the ongoing management so your leadership team gets a live, trusted view of the business without anyone internally having to own or run it.
Can we own and run the platform ourselves eventually?
On our Bespoke tier, we offer build-and-handover and ADAM contract as well as managed service arrangements for businesses that want to bring the function in-house over time. On our Clarity, Momentum, and Foresight tiers, the platform runs as a managed service with IllumiFi. If building towards in-house capability is your goal, our Advisory & Fractional Support service may also be worth exploring alongside the platform.
